Residence Information:
Situated in the quiet residential area of Swieqi, yet only 10 minutes
walk away from EC Malta and the vibrant area of St Julians, the
Garden View Holiday Complex is the ideal accommodation for
short or long stays. There is a well stocked food shop located just
next door.
The Complex comprises of 56 one and two bedroom self-catering
apartments and 12 ensuite rooms. Rooms are equipped with all
the amenities necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Malta.
Accommodation Includes:

• Outdoor pool with adjacent sun terraces, pool bar and splash
pool for children
• Fully-equipped gym with cardiovascular machines, resistance
machines and free weights

• Towels are also provided and changed twice weekly
• Students must bring their own beach towels

Garden View Complex 2008 – 2009
Rates for long lets and students accommodation for more than 13 weeks - Prices are in Euros.
Block I – Prices per person per week.
1 Bedroom Apartment - Double € 55 per week - Single € 100 per week.
2 Bedroom Apartment - € 70 per person per week.
Apartments include one or two bedrooms, one bathroom, and combined kitchen/living room. Consumption of water, electricity and gas included. Weekly cleaning of apartment and change of linen is also included.
Block II – rates per person -
1 Bedroom Apartment - n/a
2 Bedroom Apartment - Double/Sharing € 46 per week - Single € 80 per week.
Apartments include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and large combined kitchen/living room. Consumption of water, electricity and gas included. Weekly cleaning of apartment and change of linen is also included.
Heating and Cooling
Operation of heating within the apartments is restricted from 15.00 to 22.00 only. If clients require extra heating, a heater can be rented from reception at the cost of € 2.50 / day. Operation of cooling is restricted from 20.00 to 06.00 only.
Accommodation Options.
Single – Client has own bedroom. If a single bedroom in a 2 Bedroom Apartment in Block I is booked, the bathroom will be shared with the person/s staying in the other room. If a single bedroom in a 2 Bedroom Apartment in Block II is booked, the bathroom will not be shared.
Sharing – Client is placed in a bedroom with another person. This option is only available in the 2 Bedroom Apartments in Block II.
Double – Two clients book one bedroom. This option is available in the 1 Bedroom Apartments in Block I and the 2 Bedroom Apartments in Block II.
Cleaning.
Above rates include weekly cleaning of apartment and change of linen.
Departure charge – on departure, the following charges for general cleaning are applicable:
€ 24.00 per person - single in a 1 Bedroom Apartment;
€ 12.00 per person - double in a 1 Bedroom Apartment;
€ 18.00 per person - single in a 2 Bedroom Apartment; and
€ 12.00 per person - double/sharing in a 2 Bedroom Apartment.
Booking and payment details.
A € 100.00 admin fee will be charged when booking is confirmed, this is charged by our agents
Foley Properties and can be paid by cheque or pay pal.
Also a damage deposit of € 200.00 per person has to be paid in order to confirm a reservation. This deposit will be refunded [less cleaning and other possible expenses] upon departure. If the client leaves the Complex before the date indicated in the booking form and / or agreement, the deposit will not be refunded.
First eight weeks rent is to be paid on check-in. The rent will then be due every 4 weeks in advance.
An administration fee of € 60.00 will be charged if the type of accommodation is changed during the duration of the lease agreement.
Language School
English at Clubclass
In recent years Malta has acquired an excellent reputation as a destination to learn English as a foreign language. This is due to the high standard of tuition offered by most Maltese schools. Bearing in mind this excellent reputation, we are proud to say that the academic programme offered by Clubclass has been designed in close collaboration with our school in England - St. George's Clubclass. All our teachers have, as minimum qualifications, a first degree in English and a TEFL certificate.
Language School
The school is licensed by the Ministry of Education and the Malta Tourism Authority, and is a member of FELTOM - the Federation of English Language Teaching Organisations in Malta. Clubclass, which is situated within the Garden View Complex is finished to very high specifications - the classrooms are large, airy and air-conditioned. In the school there is also an audio-visual room, a library, a self-study room and an Internet café. Being one of the smaller schools in Malta, we pride ourselves with flexibility and a personal service.
The major advantage offered by Clubclass is that the wide range of amenities, such as outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, sauna, games rooms and other recreational facilities are situated 'under one roof', and this makes ideal for students of different nationalities to get together and communicate through the medium of English.
Courses offered
Most courses commence every Monday and are offered all the year round; however we also prepare students for internationally recognised EFL examinations and these courses start at preset dates throughout the year. All our courses are the product of a carefully planned and proven formula aimed at giving students just what they need. Lessons include a blend of grammar, conversation and vocabulary to ensure a comprehensive learning experience. Students are awarded a certificate at the end of their course.
